Michelle was a founding Board member of PRC from 1995-2000. Prior to coming back to PRC she was the Juvenile Diversion Coordinator for the Routt County District Attorney’s Office and also held leadership positions with the City of Steamboat Springs’ Teen Programs and Rocky Mountain Youth Corps. Her current job responsibilities include developing strong agency capacity, developing and maintaining effective community partnerships, planning for sustainable resource development, and ensuring quality programming and effective program evaluation. Michelle earned a B.A. in Psychology at Westfield State College. Her experience working with youth is varied and spans over 20 years. Michelle has been employed by Partners since June 2012.

Mentoring Programs Director: Erin oversees all aspects of the Community Based Mentoring Program, including Junior Partner referral and intake procedures and Senior Partner screening and training. She also creates and supports our Partnerships and coordinates activities for waiting Junior Partners, Partnerships as well as ongoing training for Senior Partners. Erin is a Steamboat local who moved back to the Yampa Valley in 2018. She has a BA in History from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Since graduating college Erin volunteered with Young Life for 7 years and then worked as an Area Director abroad for Young Life in Munich, Germany for 6 years. Erin is passionate about assisting youth and adolescents in their holistic development by creating ways for them to have positive adult role models in their life. Case Manager: Alejandra is responsible for creating and supporting partnerships between adult volunteers and youth, with an emphasis on serving our Hispanic youth and families. She also assists with partnership activities and trainings and oversees our Nexus program. Alejandra is from Columbia. She attended Politecnico Gran Colombiano, Bogota, Columbia where she earned a BS in Business Administration in 2005. Her experience ranges from sales and banking to education and case management. She moved to Steamboat in 2008, and in addition to her position at PRC she is also a Spanish interpreter/translator for Integrated Community. Alejandra has been employed by Partners since September 2017.

Communications and Operations Manager:
Willa’s primary focus is on increasing the visibility and awareness of Partners in Routt County. She is responsible for recruiting volunteers, managing the organization's online presence, assisting with fundraising and special events, and representing Partners throughout the community. Willa came to the nonprofit world through an interest in international development, starting her career with internships at the World Bank in DC and at a school in Morocco. She realized she could have a stronger impact at the local level and decided to explore organizational development and marketing, first at the United Way in Boston and then for a solar start up. Willa received her BA in International Affairs from George Washington University in 2015. Willa has been employed by Partners since September 2019.

Program Administrator :
Kirra is responsible for the administrative side of our mentoring programs with an emphasis on recruiting and training volunteers for our new school based volunteer program launching Fall 2020. Kirra lived in Steamboat from 1999-2004 before returning to her native country of Australia where she taught in Primary and Secondary schools for 13 years. In 2020 she succumbed to the ‘Yampa Valley curse’ and returned again to Steamboat. She has a BA Education K-12, a Postgrad Certificate in International Baccalaureate, a Postgrad Diploma in Education Leadership, a Professional Life Coach certification, and a Growth Coach qualification. Kirra has always had a passion for working with youth; working as a Freestyle Coach for SSWSC in the past and currently. Her strengths are forming strong relationships with youth. Bookkeeper: Karin handles all accounts payable, receivable, payroll taxes, and grant reimbursements. Karin has been an independent bookkeeper since 2006 and has several clients in Steamboat Springs. Karin gained her B.F. in Business from New Hampshire College. Karin has been contractually employed by PRC since April 2006.
