Lindsay is responsible for developing strong agency capacity, developing and maintaining effective community partnerships, planning for sustainable resource development, and ensuring quality programming and effective program evaluation. Lindsay originally joined the Partners team in 2009 as an AmeriCorps School-Based Mentor. She then worked in the Partners office as an AmeriCorps VISTA before spending four years as the Partners School-Based Mentoring Program Manager. Lindsay earned her Masters in social work from CSU and was most recently the school social worker for Hayden School District. Lindsay is thrilled to return to the Partners team and to continue supporting youth and families in this community.

Mentoring Programs Director: Erin oversees all aspects of the Community Based Mentoring Program, including Junior Partner referral and intake procedures and Senior Partner screening and training. She also creates and supports our Partnerships and coordinates activities for waiting Junior Partners, Partnerships as well as ongoing training for Senior Partners. Erin is a Steamboat local who moved back to the Yampa Valley in 2018. She has a BA in History from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Since graduating college Erin volunteered with Young Life for 7 years and then worked as an Area Director abroad for Young Life in Munich, Germany for 6 years. Erin is passionate about assisting youth and adolescents in their holistic development by creating ways for them to have positive adult role models in their life. Willa is responsible for creating and supporting partnerships between adult volunteers and youth in the Community Based Mentoring Program. Willa came to the nonprofit world through an interest in international development, starting her career with internships at the World Bank in DC and at a school in Rabat, Morocco. She realized she could have a stronger impact at the local level and decided to explore organizational development and marketing, first at the United Way in Boston and then for a solar start up. Through Partners she has discovered her love of working directly youth, mentors, and families, and is excited to continue to grow and learn in this field.

Spanish Speaking Case Manager:
Elizabeth is responsible for creating and supporting positive partnerships between adult volunteers and local youth, with focus on Hispanic families in the Yampa Valley area. Elizabeth began her youth work in Belize, volunteering at a foster home and helping create a college 'futures' donation fund for the children. Previous to Partners, she worked on an EU-funded social innovation project, and as a Conference Marketing Coordinator for a global clean technology conference series. She began her nonprofit work at Greenpeace HQ in D.C. while completing her Bachelor's degree in Global Affairs. She also holds a paralegal certificate and traveled to England to complete a Master's degree in Conflict, Security and International Development. She's most excited to be doing meaningful, mission-driven work for Partners and the community. Give her a call to find out more about becoming a mentor!

Brad is responsible for overseeing the School Based Mentoring Programs. His strengths are forming strong relationships with youth and fostering positive, supportive relationships with collaborative partners. Brad first came to Steamboat Springs in 1986 on a ski vacation where he fell in love with life in the mountains. Following his dream to work with youth, Brad earned a BS from the University of Utah in Elementary Education. After graduating college Brad spent 5 years working at Southeast Elementary in Brighton, CO and then 15 years at Fort Washakie School in Wyoming on the Wind River Reservation. He is now thrilled to be returning to the Yampa Valley and the place that first inspired him to become a part of a mountain community. Bookkeeper: Karin handles all accounts payable, receivable, payroll taxes, and grant reimbursements. Karin has been an independent bookkeeper since 2006 and has several clients in Steamboat Springs. Karin gained her B.F. in Business from New Hampshire College.
Karin has been contractually employed by PRC since April 2006.
